MONTAUK CABINS RATES

• $130 (plus applicable taxes) per night for two or more nights.
• Maximum capacity of 4 persons per cabin.
• Each of the three buildings are duplexes that can be opened up to accommodate up to eight adults!
  

 

Montauk Cabin Amenities

Each of our cabins has the following:2 full size beds w/blankets, sheets, pillows; full bathroom; full kitchen with pots-pans-plates-cups-mugs-forks-knives; we also stock our kitchens with dish soap, salt & Pepper, paper towels, paper napkins as well as oven mitts etc.; microwave oven; toaster; coffee maker w/filter; alarm clock; outside each cabin has their own picnic table, BBQ Grill and fire pit. We also provide BBQ grill utensils to use with the Grills; and we don’t want you to forget that we have FREE WiFi.

The only things you need to bring are your personal care items, towels, food and beverage.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Complete refund can only be given with advance notice of cancellation SEVEN (7) days prior to arrival.Refund deadline will be listed on your Reservation Confirmation.
• There is NO refund if reservation is made within the 7-day period before arrival.
• For Special Occasions such as Holiday’s (Easter, Memorial Day, etc...), Derbies or Season Opening there is a 30 day cancellation notice. Credit Card will be charged, in full, if there is a no show.
• NO REFUNDS due to weather, fishing conditions or any other situation that may occur unless within the allotted 7 day period prior to arrival.
• Check-In time is: 3pm unless other arrangements have been made.
• Check-Out time is: 11am unless other arrangements have been made.
• Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the cabins.
• Pets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the cabins.
• Tents or RV's are prohibited on all property of Montauk Cabins.
• We can take reservations 1 year in advance.
  
• Offering is subject to change at any time, current offering will be finalized in confirmation communications.
